Road work update for Nov. 13
SEDONA, Ariz. -- Two projects will affect traffic in the upcoming weeks, and contractors will use traffic control devices to ensure safety in the area. For the safety of workers, please slow down and obey all traffic control devices.
Nov. 14: Lane restrictions Uptown, SR 89A at Forest Road
On Nov. 14 shoulder work will occur between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. and a temporary sidewalk closure and traffic restrictions will be in effect for southbound lane SR 89A, south of Forest Road. The Forest Road right turn lane at SR 89A will also be restricted as part of this traffic control. Questions? Nov. 21-22: Pavement structure repair on westbound SR 89A near Tortilla Drive
One-lane traffic restrictions will be in effect on westbound SR 89A in west Sedona in the area of Tortilla Drive on Nov. 21 and 22. The restrictions will begin 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 21 and end at 5 a.m. on Nov. 22. During the work hours, left-turns will not be permitted from Carol Canyon Drive onto SR 89A. Questions?
